Arthur Bruce Barbour Moore, OC (February 4, 1906 – September 9, 2004) was a Canadian Moderator of the United Church of Canada (1971 to 1972) and President and Vice-Chancellor of Victoria University in the University of Toronto (1950 to 1970).
From 1977 to 1980, he was Chancellor of the University of Toronto.
In 1976, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada "for his services to the religious and educational life of our country". [1]
